100 Mile Ruck March Challenge
True North: Charity Pump & Ruck
On Saturday July 16th True North Personal Training, 31 Lincoln Street Worcester will host a fundraising event to support Why Me and Sherry’s House.
The Pump and Ruck will include each athlete completing Bench Press, Deadlift and Squat to accumulate a total of 100,000lbs lifted. Athletes will also Hike 12 Miles with a 35lb Ruck for time.
