Falmouth Road Race

This year is the 50th running of the Falmouth Road Race. To celebrate this milestone year we have signed on 26 incredible individuals to take on this 7 mile seaside course. The Falmouth course consists of the first three miles being narrow, hilly, winding tree-shaded roads, while the last four miles are open on the flat right next to Martha’s Vineyard Sound. A small steep hill lets you know that you are beginning the last half-mile of the race. Once you crest the hill it is “all downhill” to the finish. Children diagnosed with cancer have a much longer and tougher battle ahead of them but with support groups, financial assistance, parent social outings, family fun events, hospital visits and so much more – families find the tools and assistance needed for their long journey ahead.
